There are a whole bunch of adventure activities out there that are worth trying out. To be honest, I haven't been in so many places in the world to experience the great adventure of traveling to exotic locations. I haven't been out in my country as well, but it's on my list.
Like most Filipino kids, I depend on my family travels simply because it's free. And don't tell me you don't like free stuff. We all do. We like complimentary things given to us without charge.
My kind of adventures are mountain climbing, camping, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, team building, surfing, hill walk, boating, zip-lining, outdoor dining, caving, snorkeling, and the list goes on.
It sounds so easy—traveling. All you have to do is make a journey, go outside and enjoy yourself. You can travel by foot, car, train, bicycle, boat, airplane, etc. You can travel in a thousand of ways.
But there's more than that. For most of us who are struggling to save a sum to finance our expenses on our own, our travels would presumably be a rough road but it'll be worth it. Always.
And while sitting in my room, I'm relaxing, thinking about some adventures out there. I always think the world is beautiful and a catastrophe that I want to meet, greet and leave footprints in the sands.
Only a few can enjoy the luxury of traveling because, yes, traveling is very expensive especially if you don't work hard enough to save. That's why if I'm broke, I read to travel. And when the time is right, I will savour the moment in a place of wonder.
